RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

What is the return and exchange policy?

Your total satisfaction is our primary concern. We carry only the best quality and value products. If your order is damaged or for some reason you are not entirely happy with the product, then we are not happy either. For incorrect or defective items, we have a 7 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non- refundable on the website.

All returns will be reviewed first by SportsClick and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:

  • Replacing the product with a new item of the same original order
  • Full refund either in cash or SportsClick points

Sales/Promo order are non exchangeable or refundable

We carry only the best quality and limited quantity for every products.

Returns will be accepted for any item purchased within 7 days of its delivery date if the goods are damaged or faulty. The customer will bear all shipping costs to return the item to sportsclick. The decision to accept the return lies solely with sportsclick.

• All return items MUST retain its outer packaging with all labels and swing tags intact

.• Swing tag (if any) MUST be attached with the item. 

• The item MUST be in the exact condition as it was shipped initially to the customer.

NO returns will be accepted if it does not meet the above requirements.

*Reminder that we will not accept any return requests for sales/promo orders unless defect or incorrect

How do I return an item?

For all return requests, please email us at webmaster@sportsclick.my , including your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. We will inform you once your request has been received and proceed with the refund as appropriate.

Where will I find my order ID or order reference number?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will have your order reference number on it. Please keep this in case you need to get in contact with us. Alternatively, you can refer to your Order History upon signing into your SportsClick Account.
